The girl checking us in was extremely rude had a very bad attitude. She was also rude to my in-laws that checked in 10 mins before us. I would have given this hotel a 10 if it wasn’t for bad experience at checkin. The Manager just needs to work with the staff about how to give better customer service at checkin.
