Laura in the front office was extremely helpful. She was kind and tried her best to help us with our concerns.
Negatives:
We had a toilet issue that started at 6am and we called the front desk multiple times with no help. The issue was resolved at 10pm by ourselves, we had to fix the issue. The maintenance did not come until 24 hours after our initial phone call. We tried to talk to management in person, called, and emailed and never received a follow up response. Overall, that was very disappointing.

Laura the front desk lady was kind & helpful. The location was central to the places we wished to go. It is an older hotel & by the interstate. Rooms close to the front of the hotel have less noise.
