Motel 6-Carlsbad CA - East Near LEGOLAND

Negatives: The price was nice, but I guess you get what you pay for. The bathroom tub had the coating peeling off, the floors were filthy, the bed frame for the bed didn't hold the mattress in place, so it easily moved around just by sitting on the bed and leaning back. There was a phone, but it wasn't plugged in. So you can't call the front desk easily. We had to walk over to ask for more towels because they only gave 3 sets for a room for 4. The outlets by the bed didn't work well. We had to constantly push the charger back in place.

Negatives: Stranger banging on our door, police presense, lack of housekeeping and heater not functioning.

Negatives: The room I originally was given was filthy and smelled horrible like cigarettes. I was then given another room and it was filthy as, well. Then the keys for both rooms didn’t even work at all. I had to go back to the lobby twice for the same issue.

Negatives: There was smashed bugs on the ceiling, and there was burned holes in the blankets. The bathtub was torn up and dirty. Hand towels were dirty.

Negatives: Bed sheets were not changed!

Negatives: Nothing to not like

Negatives: Not clean.

Negatives: Very bad stuff!!!Rude employees.No heater,no hot water,terrible smell rooms

Negatives: The person running this place is a bag human being. I have stayed here maybe 15 times in the last month with no problems. But the older gentleman who wears flannel canceled my reservation today as I waited in the parking lot to check in. He did not inform me of this fact, and when I went in to check if my room was ready he was extremely rude and horrifying, I have never experienced anything like this. If he isn’t the manager, even if he is the manager he needs to be fired immediately. I was aghast at his behavior towards me today. Fire this man.
