Positives: The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean.

Negatives: We didn't enjoy the majority of the experience when at this hotel. The staff were very uninviting. No activities for kids other than a pool slide that closes early. Onsite restaurant was expensive and exotic for our taste. Coffee in our room was not replenished when cleanings were done. Bathroom was mediocre for a resort. TV channels were very limited especially for younger kids.

Positives: Johnny Johnny!! Since the moment we checked into the hotel he took such good care of us. Professional and would go out of his way to make sure we were happy. Made the experience over the 9 nights for my family smooth and enjoyable. Hope to see him when we return.

Negatives: Only strange part was at the Sheraton side of the resort you could not get coffee until 6:30 am but if you walked over to the Westin thats attached you could get a coffee at 6 am. When you are coming from the east coast with the time difference - you need an early coffee!

Positives: Room was nice and very clean.

Negatives: Food is ok for the price paid. Shuttle does not run as often and efficiently as advertised (waited 30+ mins to get back from Legoland, ended up getting a different ride). Got double billed for my stay and have called 4 times now and still have no refund!

Negatives: Door lock didnt work, locked out 5 times !!! Feather free room that was requested took 5 phone calls and a complaint to the manager to get it fixed. Calls for a manager were ignored by rude staff! Air conditioner ran on and off. Made a formal complaint to Marriott Corp. worst hotel ever !!!
