I choose to stay at Staybridge almost every time I travel to Carlsbad because of its comfortable rooms with sofa, desk, and basic kitchen. If you want to cook, there's a Sprouts and Trader Joe's within walking distance, and if you don't: many restaurants as well. The breakfast is very good and the staff always friendly.

I didn’t like anything about the property when I arrived the parking lot was being worked on so we had to enter through holiday inn, Also the room was very dirty and had roaches I immediately packed all our things and left in the middle of the night
Negatives:
The staff, the young lady who worked overnight there couldn’t accommodate me in any way since we had a roach in our room. She just told me reach out to the management team.

I didn't like that the bathroom light would stay on even when I flipped the switch to off, that was kinda weird and it was a little noisy because there were kids running up and down the hallway
