Superb
Positives:
Suites perfect for family of 4 with dogs. Easy going dog policy and placing us close to a floor level spot they could easily go to bathroom was really nice
Also having access to sister hotel (grand pacific) was nice as well as they had a kid pool, arcade, playground and rec center that loaned play equipment
Sad we didn’t get to use the e bikes that were first hour ride included. Next time.
Negatives:
The bathroom sliding door between toilet/shower area did not close all the way(pocket door) and the phone to the front desk and kitchen did not work

The property was very beautiful, location ideal as it was within walking distance of shopping and attractions - as well as the beach. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious and very comfortable.
Negatives:
There was confusion as to how to redeem the breakfasts which were included with our stay and the service was a bit slow at times and the food included in the buffet was not replenished in a timely fashion as no one was monitoring it. Also, the many charges on my final invoice were very confusing and I was very displeased when I saw that I was charged $32 for parking for each day when, in fact, I did not have a vehicle with me as I came in on an airport shuttle and relied on my members for transportation during my stay. Fortunately, there was no problem removing the charge when I contacted the property.

No one ever told me about the resort or parking fee. So what I thought was a deal to stay here turned out to be an additional 200$ charge, Also they never told me about room credit until I checked out. If u don’t use it you loose it. Would have been nice
