The room was very generous in size and amenities. Good TV; king size bed, separate bedroom with 2 singles beds; refrig.; fireplace; great walking location for Carmel; redone floors; new bathroom; hot water. Nice owner.

Very bare minimum furnishings and not very comfortable but The bed was pretty comfortable.
Had a problem with the check in as I had reserved 3 rooms and the check in guy said there were only two rooms. He was very rude and wouldnt look at the reservations I had. Just didnt want to get charged for 3 rooms when they only gave me 2. Guy needs to work on his customer service, he was terrible. Luckily the check out man was a total gentleman.

The fact that it was not just two beds, but two beds and two baths. My daughter surely appreciated it!

Thin walls along with a lot of noise (a family with kids close to us). The bigger bummer, no place to park at night. I had to park two blocks away.

Very nice staff and decent rooms

Excellent location, spacious room and a lovely ambiance in the courtyard. No breakfast, however coffee is provided. Would definitely return!

Unfortunately the fireplace did not function with the exception of a small pilot flame. The stair rail in the courtyard needs repair.
