Loud tweaker above us stomping at all hours and yelling. Asked staff to do something at 11 pm and they did nothing. Road and car noise very loud. Not exaggerating

First room I was given was upstairs and it smelled like someone was smoking

That I had to wait till exactly 3:00 to get a downstairs room, but a man came behind me and got a downstairs room. Figure that one out. I explained that I had a bad knee, but would only give me an upstairs room for early check in. I get there tired and hurting, the key didnt work, I asked a housekeeper for help because I didnt not want to go up and down the stairs only to find a room that smelled of smoke
