Positives:
Everything was fine. The staff was nice, attentive, polite, and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, we were lucky to have no noisy neighbors, and we felt safe. Oh, and the warm cookies were a nice touch.
Negatives:
Better signage for the pool. We only saw the elevator saying use the 2nd floor. There are very steep steps and we though it was poorly laid out until we investigated and found the hallway between the restaurants to the lobby. And maybe a more honest description of some of the food -like the pull apart cheese bread. It was good, but did not meet expectations as described. And when you check in they should tell you or give a little handout explaining that the menu and other info is found by using a QR code on the nightstand. We immediately covered that with a drink and spent time looking for the binder we were both more familiar with. And i could have skipped the blaring music in the lobby. What was that about?

This was by far the best hotel experience that I’ve had recently. Upon arrival, I was taken the the fresh smell and once at the front desk, I was immediately checked in. Any issues or requests was handled with speed and courteous service.
