It was difficult to enter my room with my key. There were no towels, wash cloths, or bar soap in my room. When I went back for towels and soap, the other front desk staff member was annoyed. The curtains and walls were stained. The room had a bad odor.

First of all, I know this isn't the first complaint. Where do I start...First of all this hotel has roaches. The sink has a slow drain, an obvious plumbing issue. Bless the lady at the front desk, I can tell she means well but the issues seem to be out of her control. Some people were smoking in their room and set off the fire alarm in the mist of the night. The fire department had to be called out. To top it off, when my fiancé asked housekeeping for some more towels and sheets, she said, literally, we don't have any clean sheets or towels. How is this hotel still in business? I will be filing a complaint with the city and BBB ( Better Business Bureau).
