I paid for my room in full and had my confirmation number and everything and after driving 7 hours they told me they were booked and didn’t have any of my information showing I booked showed her all my information and her tell me they were booked want me to pay another 197.00 for another room and we had to turn around and go back home missed a wedding and baby shower and a birthday party

The food made me sick, it was not good at all. They didn't have drinks to purchase if we wanted something to drink. The drink machines out of date only accept cash. Other than that it was good.

The dust was so thick on the elevator it was disgusting.
The toilet didn’t flush and ran all night in our room until my husband stuck his hand down in the back of the toilet just so it would stop running and so it was flush.
The carpet was dirty! The bed was uncomfortable
The shower -water came out the showerhead and the spout at the same time the lights were dim. The TV kept making cracking sounds. It was horrible.

The loud vulgar cussing at midnight and beyond on the 4th floor, the slamming of the door, sound like it was about 10 people in the room, and the knocking on the walls, I stay at your establishment about 2 to 5 days every month...this was terrible, couldn't sleep at all..

I am temporarily without a place to stay I live here in the city but I just don't have a place to stay and never stayed at Hampton before this was my first time and I have nothing but good things to say great awesome for a person that is by themselves and it's not really safe to be out here sleeping in my car
