I booked the room through booking.com with a different card than the one I used to pay for the room. Because of this the hotel tried to claim I did not pay for my stay even though I had confirmation from booking.com. I had to wait 2 hours to be placed in a room because the hotel wanted confirmation from booking.com. This really inconvenienced me and caused me to miss an event I drove over 2 hours to be here for.

The lady to check us in the first night was wonderful, cordial, friendly and had a wonderful smile.
Negatives:
Next day.. we asked the other lady if we could book an another night because we were attending a funeral wasnt as pleasant, cordial and didnt smile a single time. So we decided to drive back to Las Vegas.
