Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The staff were truly wonderful — both at reception and in housekeeping — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The bed and sheets were excellent, very comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and quiet.
Negatives:
Breakfast was quite basic, with mediocre coffee and limited options. The living area also felt a bit dated and could use a refresh to match the comfort of the rest of the room.

Such an amazing front desk rep! The hotel has a very home-like feeling! Only one room waa ready for early check-in and they called me 2x to let me know that the other one was ready a few hours later! Which i appreciated! So friendly!
