Residence Inn by Marriott Chico

Negatives: Some sort of event was at the hotel which was terribly loud... until 1am. I got about 2 hours sleep. Would never stay here again. because of the noise level.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Staff was so unfriendly we did not stay and drove home instead

Negatives: I was disappointed at the over all condition of the facility. The hallway carpets were dirty - needed to be vacuumed and needed to be cleaned or replaced. There was an odor in the hallways that was musty and old smelling. Doors and trim work needed to be cleaned and painted. This did not feel like a Marriot at all.

Negatives: No complaints!

Negatives: I was charged twice and my child unfortunately seen something she shouldn't have seen during our stay. We arrived pretty late and left early but paid a totalof $500 for one night of just sleeping. Booking charged me full price of $230.00 online when I made the reservation as the motel charged me over that price for $260.00 the same night when I checked in. It took me over an hour to settle all of this over the phone with booking.com customer service and the hotel lobby manager & front desk lady who by the way went out of their way to help me get my money returned to me. I was promised a full refund and never seen a penny. Still waiting for some kind of response from someone???

Negatives: What I didn’t like about the property was that the price that they’re asking for and how dingy the floors and some of the furniture wise I felt like the price was way overly priced

Negatives: Pool was only open from 9am to 9 pm. It was 115 degrees and the pool was not shaded. We would have used it before 9 in the morning or after the sun went down but it was not open then.
