Negatives:
Some of the staff need to be more respectful and work on their customer service. They also need to work on their communication and hotel safety. There was an issue with my reservation, and I was kicked out of my room 2 hours before check out. The lady that knocked on my door to let me know I needed to go downstairs was rude. She needs to handle herself differently, and she needs to learn how to speak to her paying customers. The whole situation needed to be handled better than it was as it was not my fault that the lady who checked me in messed up on her side. My safety could have been compromised, but luckily, I was okay. They need to be more careful about how they handle bookings. I definitely will not be going back, which sucks because the hotel itself was really nice. Talking down on customers is never okay.

I like that this hotel is close to the freeway, near lots of places to eat, in the same parking lot as an Urgent Care facility in case of an emergency and the overall location itself. I love that the room had a full size fridge, stove, sitting area, extra tv. I enjoyed myself here and really was able to relax. I loved the quiet, chill vibe here which is why I will return in the future.
