Shabby. Shower head was awful. No shampoo and they didn’t have time in the morning to bring any I had to get it myself. Right, in my pajamas. Guests should be informed at check in and asked if we need anything not provided in the room if they can’t bring it.

Positives:
Convenient location close to main highway and shopping area. Quiet and included basic amenities like a fridge and microwave for longer stays. Good service from nice staff.
Negatives:
Floors were clean but sticky in certain spots. Would be nice to have toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash available without asking the front desk. Just as is standard now in other hotels, it would be a good investment for ESA to install refillable containers in the shower stall.
