Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

What I didn’t like was the customer service that I received from this guy. He was very unwelcoming and rude. The AC did not work in our room and once called for help he would say okay and hang up. We received better help from other staff than him even though he was the one managing the front lobby. I have stayed here multiple times before and always received great customer service from other staff.

Staying at this hotel has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had! This hotel is full of cockroaches, bed bugs, and stained pillows. Although they were able to resolve the issue by refunding me for the remaining days, im very upset that they didn't refund my money for one night even though we couldn't sleep at all.

For an extended stay, there were no utensils, cups, plates in the room. Yes one could “order” them..but didn’t I order a room?
Also, no coffee machine. In today’s day and age a MUST. Hallway floor and elevator dirty.
