Room was a total disaster ripped up curtains wedge between the door you could here everything in the room cars people. Kiosk person was amazing.

The first room I was given was disgusting and the a/c didn't work. They switched me rooms but this room was dirty as well I went in with my own cleaning supplies n had to clean n disinfect it myself. The bathtub was big but refused to take a bath because of how dirty it was before I bleached it. The kiosk to check in is pointless and time consuming.

There was poop in the toilet when I got into my room. A bit of dried poop in the door. The toilet seat itself was either very loose or broken. There was a pocket of water in the wall next to the shower. There was a wet towel and opened soap in the room when I checked it. Overall it was pretty gross the floor was dirt I kept my shoes on the whole time I was in my room. I know it was not a five star hotel but come on guys do better.

The room next to mine nobody let us sleep. They’re having sex in the middle of the day screaming we had a door that shared to one to their room. I can smell them. I wanna go through under the door in my room. It wasn’t the best room.Ok
