Very small bathroom. Writings on the bathroom walls. Baseboards were so dirty and cracked. Best of it, the morning I was about to leave I saw I HUGE COCKROACH crawling on the wall!

NOT CLEAN - and in need of repairs to tub, walls, etc. The light didn't work. It was very poor even though it looked good on the outside.

Wish that coffee could have been available somewhere. Wish that the pool/hot tub had been open. It would have looked nicer if the trash that was laying around on the property had been picked up.

Staff was fine.
Negatives:
Dirty. Smelly, smoky. Ba day needs paint. We were locked out of our room, with dog inside. Required help from staff. Carpets were embarrassingly filthy. We are in our 80#$ and could not get a first floor unit. No elevators. We will probably never use one of you facilities again.

They were clearly doing renovations to the hotel but there were several places closed, the faucet was broken, and the staff was extremely rude.
