Positives:
Had a restaurant inside.
Negatives:
The windows do not shut all the way and the sounds from the street and constant running of the air conditioner. Room smelled musty or moldy. Very old amenities. Value for room is terrible can stay in Hilton/Westin for cheaper in big cities.

Positives:
The staff was awesome! I interacted with the late night staff who was fabulous and friendly. She helped me with getting a second room and made sure they were next to each other and in an area that was quiet. The morning staff was very sweet and friendly. She heard the reason for our travels and she took time to listen and talk with me. The restaurant staff were fast and attentive. The food was delicious.
The hotel it's self was older but in a beautiful way. I felt like I was staying in a historical building with beautiful architecture.
Negatives:
The cooling system is a bit noisy, but I guess that comes with older buildings. Pillows could be a little upgraded. For me, it would make a huge difference with feeling more luxury.

Positives:
The hotel looks real nice from the inside. I was pleasantly surprised at how tastefully it is designed. Checkin process was a breeze. They have 2 restaurants on site. We didn't try but wish we did as the patrons seem to be enjoying the food. I wish I could give it 8 and everything is 8+ except the rooms (noted below).
Negatives:
The room and the bathroom was older and tired. I was expecting better from a 3 star hotel. We stayed only one night but for a longer stay I am not sure if I would have been thrilled.

The tub seemed too small, water pressure was crappy, and the hot tub felt Luke warm and the jets were barely noticeable once in hot tub.

The carpet baseboard was coming off, three was only 1 outlet by the bed, the vending machines only took cash. Also, tere was renovations taking place and the construction staff were all parked inn the entry, so there was no place to park during check in.

Checkin not until 3. That is late. No one mentioned anything about breakfast at all. Even when we were checking out. For 160.00 for one night I believe it shouldve been better. The lady in lounge was terrific when we got fries as a snack.
