Pool was closed, room was falling apart. The tub felt like you would fall through. No hot water in the sink. Part of the floor was broken. No towels or n the room and was treated like I was crazy for asking for some. Couldnt communicate with the patron due to language barrier. Walls were stained

For an over night stay it was very convenient to where I needed to go. Clean and it had a refrigerator.

I would not call it a hotel. It is small with just your basic needs. The pool doesnt have water in it

1counter attendant not customer service oriented, wasnt helpful to assist solve issues. 2cleanliness not a priority, dirty walls & couch, broken amenities, attendant gave me tape to hold blinds in place for privacy, evidence prior guest had same issue.

This is a horrible place to stay. The man behind the desk is absolutely rude. I made a mistake by booking the wrong hotel thinking it was the other side of the lake. He said he would refund if I called booking.com. I did, and then he said the manager could only refund me. I did not stay there. I was scared someone would steal my catalytic converter, or my car would get broken into. I left and went back the next day to talk to the manager. Well, come to find out the manager doesn't work there. It was the same man as the night before. Rude as hell and kept telling me lies. This place is dirty just from the looks of the outside. I lost 116.00. Spend your money somewhere else. It was stinky just in the check-in office. I dont even wanna know what the rooms look like. It is a very sketchy place with weird night activities going on.

I liked that I did NOT stay in that crappy hotel. It is a run-down hole in the wall. I'm surprised that travel lodge is okay with this place.
