I have stayed in this location multiple times with my whole family multiple rooms and each time we have stayed the front man John gives us alot of problems, won't let us check in early even if rooms are available. Also very rude and ignores us when we are standing at the desk. Any issue we have, he wants to blame booking and has my whole family contact booking for things he can fix in their system. This last time just got worse standing in front of him for 10 mins without being acknowledged until another lady came in and had to answer all my questions as he did the work on the computer because he did not want to answer us, i don't know if it's a race thing because we are all latinos or a woman thing or because me and my spouse are from the LGBT community. The sad thing is we are all returning back in May for the last time.

We were not informed upon check-in that parking lot was going to be resurface. we were awaken at 7 AM by blowers and machinery, and our car was covered in dust. The breakfast was something we could’ve easily picked up at 7-Eleven. We have contacted management and no one is returning our calls.
