The staff was terrible. They told me they're going to fix the air conditioning in the morning and they didn't fix it so I was left all day and night with no air conditioning and the TV was way too small and far away from the bed so you could barely see it

Staff was worst TV couldn't change channels and AC did not work that should of provided a decent discount considering all those uncomfortable things I listed

There is not anyplace to purchase alcohol or prepared food but The Hilton right next door had a full bar and restaurant.

The hotel is nice and clean with great amenities. Close to multiple restaurants and freeway.

The elevator was in the middle of the hotel. So if your room is at either ends of the building you have a ways to walk, but not a big deal.
