The staff are very friendly and accommodating
Negatives:
Very stingy with bathroom supplies and towels. I have stayed 3 nights and requested for service once and it was not done. Also, asked for bottled water, I was given one and was not allowed more than that because I was not a member of HH.
Negatives:
The phone didnt work in the room! They give you one set of towels!( I had to ask for extra) There was only one ice machine working on the 9th floor You had to pay $19 a day to park!!

Positives:
Checkin was simple as well as checking out. The fitness center is pretty good for a hotel gym. The hotel overall is very well maintained and I felt safe. The location was absolutely great. Its close to places to eat and shop. I liked that a lot, because coming to a new place with heavy traffic I was able to eat and shop without having to really venture far away from the hotel and deal with the traffic.
Negatives:
The breakfast is so expensive and shouldve been included in the price. You also shouldnt charge people to park their vehicles. Parking should be a courtesy.

I did not eat at this property.
Negatives:
I didn't like the 9 police SUV's and K-9 units speeding up to the hotel as I was returning from visiting my mother in the hospital. It was alarming since it was dark and I was traveling alone. Long story short: drunk female guest being obnoxious and rowdy, wouldn't stay in her room. On the other hand, it was comforting how quickly police responded...I guess.

Room only had towels for one person. No booklet to explain amenities as we had to call front desk to find out the ice machine was not on our floor. The ice machines were only on three odd numbered floors. No daily room housekeeping services. That service had to be requested. Parking fee was exorbitant as guests of the hotel.
