The carpet felt sticky and smelled like urine.
The fridge didn't work
Beds made a little of noise and were not comfy. Woke up sore.

I enter the office with my service dog & the lady who was working around 3pm started yelling at my to get my dog out of the office. I tried to explain that it's a service dog & she said she doesn't care & to go outside & around to the window.
Otherwise everything else went smoothly.
