The facilities are cleaned every hour, the rooms are very clean, the parking is convenient, there was only one problem, the man at the reception was very rude and made me very nervous, I didn't see any problems other than that.

It was okay. The road...

There was no breakfast. Not even coffee. Hasn’t been for over a year according to the guy at the front desk.
Negatives:
The wifi didn’t work. Kept cutting in and out. No breakfast! No pool! Haven’t opened pool in over a year. I got an email the day before from booking.com to say breakfast and pool might not be open. The smell in the hallways was horrible. The floors for our room were extremely dirty. The room itself was dirty especially the corners. Would not recommend this place at all. Didn’t even feel safe.

Horrible stay!
Positives:
The room we got was a huge family suite with kitchenette. And we thought it was supposed to be 3 full beds, but it was a king and 2 fulls. That was a nice surprise. The rooms had a musty odor, but we were able to air it out.
Microwave didn't work, but there was a huge fridge, toaster, stove, and eating areas.
Negatives:
-pool was "closed for maintenance"... I wonder how long that's been the case ..
-bathroom walls were not clean (boogers!)
-flooring issues
-sliding glass door to balcony wouldn't latch!
-no shampoo sample provided, even when asked
