The ladies at the front desk were very sympathetic and kind i tipped them well
Negatives:
The room was filthy the shower flooded the toilet and mold in the bathroom it was disgusting I will never stay here again the shower head had tape on it . The light bulb had black flakes on them and didn't work all the lights were dingy.this place sucks ...

They were having plumbing issues but because I'm handicapped they got me in a room sooner than later.
Negatives:
The next door neighbor seems to be a long term resident but they have family members that come at all hours of the day and night. I was woken up after midnight and kept up by coming and going and horn honking and knocking on doors. They didn't seem to care that anyone else was there and they didn't respect other people and late hours.
