The room was under supplied (no bedding for the pullout). The staff was inattentivephones were turned to the busy signal and texts asking for help went unanswered. We never received a receipt of the transactioneven though I gave them my email address.

Great location, quiet, friendly staff.
Negatives:
Small things like the guide on the TV was out of sync and the bathroom sink was slow draining. Regular inspections could take care of these type of issues. But I have stayed here before and will definitely stay there again..
