Location ideal for my planned stay, easy walking access to the Larkspur ferry terminal.

The room was clean, the property was quiet, and the front desk staff was both helpful and friendly. The pool was heated, and one of the spas was up and running. Also, probably my favorite part was the patio/balcony areas where I was able to sit and enjoy the outside while still having privacy and avoiding unnecessary human interactions.
Negatives:
The spa directly outside our room was not running. It was not a super big deal since another spa was working near the pool. The inconvenience was that our room was in the far back corner, too far away to walk to those amenities (including breakfast). We ended up driving our car around the entire property to just go swimming, sit in the spa, or get breakfast in the mornings. Also, the back of the property seemed rather full with every parking spot nearly taken, but the front was very open. It would have been nice if we were all spread out a little more to avoid having to fight for parking to be able to watch our vehicles during our stay.

Positives:
We had a lovely one night stay after a trip out to Yosemite. The pool was lovely and refreshing on a hot afternoon. The room was very comfortable and it was great to have a midday checkout and a balcony to sit on the enjoy the view of the pool. We would definitely come back here!
Negatives:
The hotel is right beside the freeway so the traffic noise is very loud when you are relaxing outside but no problem when inside with doors and windows closed. The breakfast was satisfactory but really disappointed all was presented on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Very tough on the environment.

Booked here because original hotel was dire. We arrived 5hrs before normal check in time and reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and found us a suitable room. The room was more expensive than our original room but we didn't care. It was well worth it and saved our stay in San Francisco.
Negatives:
Shower pressure was a little low and toilet paper not the best quality.

- within easy walking distance from shopping mall (gd selection of restaurants)
- petrol station opp the property, convenient for filling the hired car before return.
Negatives:
- poor breakfast choices and kit very appetising
- room aircon has a mind if its own; it switches to heating system in the middle of the night (note: we set the room temp to 22.3C)
- whole decor very 1960s, no double glazing, whole facility needs upgrading.
