This place is a total scam. They charge you $100 deposit, then never return it to you. Its called a deposit for a reason. They charge $40 daily for parking. While I was on my balcony I look down and caught an employee taking pictures of me. Unbelievable.

The location was ideal, since we were there for a play at the Segerstrom center The staff were fantastic.
Negatives:
We were put in a wheelchair accessible room (we were told that there was an issue with the room we booked), so the shower was not ideal. The airport shuttle was not available when we needed it.
