Door locks didn't work. Hotel didnt send staff to help. Staff was not friendly.

2am noise starts sounds like a generator is running all night long. You have to pay for parking and breakfast, with the price of the rooms you would think that would be included. Such a horrible experience I will never stay there again

Prior to check in, I called spoke to Carolina, she was very nice and helpful, Good location, Nice Loby, partial covered garage parking, my kids room had pool/city view.
Negatives:
Front reception, Marissa did not provide good customer service (she was not polite at all), the hallway window on the 4th floor was open the entire time, it was raining, very cold, I mentioned to the cleaning lady, said they need to fix it (but they didn't). There was a noise (AC or loud machine sound by our room)
