The staff is very rude. They’ll keep your deposit without a reasonable reason they never disclose the checkout time to me, but wanted to charge me $25 for each additional hour when I checked in at 1:30 AM and checked out at 1pm if it was an additional $25 for each hour, you needed to get my permission to charge me not just take my deposit that was refundable as payment a lot of hotels offer late check out without any additional payment as a courtesy so whether they’re saying is not accurate
