breakfast was horrible (choice of a dry packaged chocolate muffin or an unappealing piece of bread) the juice machine was dirty (there was black little dirt floating after pouring the juices into a CLEAN cup) the shower pressure was bad, shower head is completely dirty, the volume button on the tv did not work, the bed sheets were ripped. the window was very thin and can hear everything from the outside, the smell of the room was smokey

The first room that I was led to was filthy it had mold it had not been attended to and keep in mind. A renovation is going on. They offered me another room the second room that I was taken to was not much better and after a day of staying there, I discovered mold again and much more as far as healthwise. It was terrible. The gentleman working was the only gentleman on duty staff was low the staff that was there. Try his best to cooperate with me however, he was just trying to work. He had no authorization. It was very disappointing because it was during a very, very stressful time for me. I landed up, checking out early never to return again.

I'm glad our 2 rooms were close together.
Negatives:
One room smelled like it wasn't cleaned, reeked of cat piss and litterbox. Staff gave us some spray for the smell which helped. Both hair dryers didn't work. Not sure how many times you can paint over mold, but they are sure trying to break the record. Breakfast really shouldn't be called breakfast, we didn't even eat anything. Even though it was booked because of the free breakfast, we went out to a restaurant.
