Pearl, the female receptionist upon check in was very rude. Gave attitude while I was trying to check in pretending to be giving me a favor when I paid to stay there. Upon check out I made a complaint and was treated rudely. the staff is awful. I hope corporate see the video to see my check in and how poorly I was treated. the receptionist was either on drugs or racist no excuse for her rude behavior.

Each time we entered the room, we noticed that it had a peculiar smell, but we were able to get used to it after a little while in the room.

off street parking, shade, semi off street rooms. rooms looked down over parking. nice landscaping

further from the front desk equaled worse and worse party behavior and smoking right in front of doors of other guests. other guests did quietly down but we have two babies and asked to move. rooms near front desk were quiet. we did have someone try and enter our room late at night possibly mistaken or drunk but with small children it was very alarming.
