Positives:
The customer service was awesome!! Very friendly and helpful people that work there!! The room was very nice and very spacious! Very quite too, couldn’t hear anyone walk by or coming in and out of their rooms. Very nice hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

It was a good deal for an overnight on the weekend just passing through the area
Negatives:
I had stayed there a week before on the way south. I was surprised how much the rate had gone up from one week to another and spoke to the receptionist. Her answer was: because we are almost sold out.
This may have been the reason but do you tell this to a customer?
