Ask the front staff for a quiet room, and I was put in a room next to an ice machine and facing the main street. I I asked for regular coffee packets and to please not knock at the door. I got decaffeinated and a knock at the door. There is more

Construction was not mentioned when booking hotel. Workers nearby started extremely early on a Saturday morning. Pillows smelled like they had not been washed. Bathroom floor had hair, very apparent it was not cleaned and shower could use a scrub. Light near bed burned out and didn't work, no bathroom amenities ex. Lotion, q-tips, cotton balls etc. Did have a pump station for shampoo etc but very drying and the smell primarily for a man. Didn't know you could ask for water, lotion etc until I left. No sign saying if you need water bathroom items please call front desk. Feels like they are hiding them to save money.

Check in/out was a breeze. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous and spacious. There was plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

They closed the pool at 8:30pm even though it was advertised to be open till 10:00pm.
