The bed was a mattress on a board. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I doubt I will stay at another Hilton.

Wi-Fi did not work at all and my trip became almost pointless since I couldnt work comfortably in my room I had to leave the hotel to go outside to do online meetings where it was crowded and noisy The first night I did let the receptionist know about it and all I got was oh yeah I cant connect either so at 11 pm I left and went outside to do an overseas meeting online at the gas station which had better Wi-Fi.

A lovely hotel, I will stay here every time I have to overnight for business in this area. Spotless, nice little amenities, spacious room with both good desk office space and functional kitchenette, really friendly and helpful front desk.
Negatives:
the new experiment with contactless check in and digital key---it doesn't always work yet. So I couldn't get into my assigned room, it was late at night. The front desk did immediately come up with another room and a person who brought another physical key.
