I felt very unsafe. There was an unsettling incident that happened, the fire alarms for the entire facility were blaring for about 15 minutes due to an addict cooking fentanyl in his room. The end result was the dog in the room with him ended up dead and the staff at this facility left it in the hallways for family’s with children to see. The dead dog was left in the hallway uncovered for quite some time The staff did nothing to accommodate this very unsettling incident. The attitude given from staff was so passive as if this incident is normal and their guest just have to “accept” it. We didn’t even stay our last night we just left that day and didn’t want to subject ourself to the serious lack of customer service and just over all human decency.
This is not a family friendly hotel. I recommend anywhere else.
