The night shift manager on the night of April 6 th 2024 got the money $271 in cash but refused to give us a receipt when we complained that we need a receipt he canceled our reservation at 11 pm and refused to give us a room
A very unprofessional employee with no experience and extremely impolite.
We had stayed at this hotel before never had encountered such humiliation He made us look for another hotel at 11 pm
We travel all over the world and always stay at hotels reserved through booking.com Having employees like him you will loose customers. We would never stay at this hotel again.

Positives:
They mention charges for pet urine so you wrap your dog in diapers and clothes paranoid… then come in to shine the black light and see piss all over the couch. So… that being said. I don’t care because I just needed the bed but let’s be real. Clean the urine if you have a large fee for pet urine or… know you are a pet hotel and chill with all that.

Aircon in the rooms was pretty noisy when it turned on and off. Spa bath looking fairly worn.

The parking is $10/day and there is no complete daily cleaning of not requested. The partial daily cleaning didn’t work much as my burger bag stayed in the trash bin during all my stay.
