The location you can walk to the harbor.
Negatives:
older lady morning staff was stuck up and rude. Their breakfast was ok, they had construction painting going on and the workers were getting breakfast also so it was very busy for a Monday. Balcony was nice but a lot of smokers so all smoke went in room.

Location was close to where I was visiting my cousin. Everything we did was in walking distance. Staff was very nice. Nice breakfast/coffee was offered down stairs.

Blow dryer did not work.They did give me a new one.did not install back on wall and left on sink. Bathroom was outdated and sink counter was stained .Shower wall/ceiling had paint chips/hair and was not clean. Bed mattress not comfortable.
