The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food at the Bourbon Steakhouse was amazing! The staff were polite and friendly. The views and amenities on the property were great.

For the price of the hotel I feel the sparkling water in the room should be complimentary (although they do provide complimentary bottled water). There were no wash cloths in the room. I also prefer softer 2 ply toilet paper.

Enjoyed facility amenities and grounds but room condition disappointing.

No restaurants , broken tv for 3 days, the wanted the wanted too down grade my room. I did nothing to compensate me whatsoever and the entire menu and information for the hotel is on the TV so I could not do any activities at the hotel.

Service terrible, and no lunch or regular restaurant on site. Only a self service Starbucks type. No compensation for broken television and no brochures on how to use any hotel services so I couldnt do anything at the hotel.
