Property was clean. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained.
The check in video booth was abysmal. Absolutely hated it. Hard to understand the guy on the other side of the screen. Very impersonal. Would not recommend this hotel on that basis alone.

Check in. You don’t get to talk to a human. You have to talk to a screen. It’s a 24 hour front desk manned by a person in a different country.

Check in was via video kiosk to some outsourced call center. Not only did this take substantially longer to process, it was unable to issue a keycard and had to call onsite staff to do this. No noise insulation and noisy a/c unit meant bad nights sleep.
