Room 217 was beside the bar, restaurant and by the stairs, so it was quite noisy at times.

Everything was wonderful. The staff I dealt with were more than friendly, willing to go the extra mile. I was very impressed with Ursula at the front desk. The restaurant manager was great; he took great care of us...especially considering we were there to celebrate our anniversary.

Too e pensive, no umbrellas at lounge chairs only at tables. Jacuzzi too hot to use, no umbrellas on balconies. Water on rug on balcony room 405. Too much traffic in that area.

It was difficult to find our room. A little like a maze above the parking garage but didn’t change our feelings about the hotel overall being awesome.

There was food left in the fridge from the previous guest. Bed was not the best. Pillow were even worse.

Morning front desk staff was very nice and helpful. (Barbara and young girl !). BUT, Manager was awful, and afternoon staff at fron desk as well as in the restaurant very very unpolite! Same experience as 2 years ago!!! Happens when there is a bad manager. Pity cause the hotel is great! But very bad when you needed some help or service. Laudry man and cleaning ladies very nice!
