Positives:
The facilities, cleanliness and location were great.
Negatives:
The staff couldn't care less. We mentioned multiple times about our room's floor, cabinets and bed vibrating. They initially told us its the refrigerator, unplugging which didnt help. Then they said its the laundry downstairs, and that it would shut off at 4PM. It didn't shut off, and we had to bear with it through the night. There was no one at the desk to even help with it at night.
In the morning when we mentioned about it at checkout, they still tried to blame it on passing trains, vehicles, etc while it was a continuous vibration that room service acknowledged as well.
