The staff was amazing. Hotel employees were awesome and very nice.
Negatives:
There was no microwave in the room. There was a community microwave outside near the pool. Very weird and inconvenient.
Positives:
The bedding was spectacular. This was the most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel room in YEARS. Hotel appears to be recently extensively remodeled. Very nice job and I was shocked how awesome it was.
Negatives:
Desert Hot Springs is a bit grittier than Palm Springs, but it's a good proximity to Palm Springs and the airport to kind of negate the DSH address.

Beautiful decor and pool, hot, courtyard area.
Negatives:
This hotel charged me for someone else's reservation. When I arrived, the person at reception only asked my name for the reservation instead of my reservation number. She pulled up someone else's reservation which was $---for 3 nights in a suite.
