There was difficulty checking in , and I felt that the person , who finally answered by the phone had an attitude of doing me a favor by letting me check in . The room was odd . The pools were very nice , but this is a DIY place .No hospitality At All

Terrible neighborhood, no deadbolt lock or chain on door to room, no hair dryer, no utensils in kitchenette to stir coffee, single ply toilet paper, etc etc. this should have been rated a 2 star at best. I paid over $---to stay here - terrible.

Nothing. I did not even stay. I only spoke with a man on the phone who gave a code to enter the courtyard. He told us to find a housekeeper to get in our room. We found no one and never got a room. he refused to refund us and stopped answering his phone.

This place is nothing like advertised. NO staff on the premises!! Dirty lobby, empty liguor bottles in lobby, green jacuzzi , marijuana/smoking friendly and dirty bathroom in lobby. Bad neighborhood. Self check in because there is no staff!! Unsafe!

It was very cozy and charming. Very well taken care of as well. The staff was very helpful. If you are looking for something private, this is the place! The pool and spas were amazing!

First the room is too small and the bed is very uncomfortable. The pool temperature was not hot enough to soak. Also, this hotel was "Adults only" but, there was couple with two kids in pool. Overall, the place is outdated and overcharged.

While the outside of the room was great, the inside needed maintenance. The room had an overwhelming smell of artificial aroma. The toilet paper roll was broken. The bathroom vanity and paint were messed up. No conditioner, no sugar or coffee stirrers.

The check in is not traditional. The Spa front door was open when we arrived so I didn't see the sign to call the number on the door,to alert the staff that we arrived. But now that I'm aware of how the system works...
