Positives:
Breakfast was good, and they served it both days we were there. Most places do not offer an omelet bar, so we were surprised. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks, and the bartenders were very friendly. I liked the setup of the room - very spacious with an extra television.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, there were some things we did not like. I did not sleep well because the toilet water valve kept turning on and off. However, I did not let anyone know until we left. I just turned it off myself the second night. One elevator was also out of order, causing long waits.

I dont like that everytime I have stayed here housekeeping always knocks on the door around 9am like really dont they have list of which rooms are occupied and have not checked out last time housekeeping opened the door like really not cool. . This stay 2 housekeeping knocked I am away from home let my son and I sleep in. If this happens again I will complain to the front desk...
And my room was clearly not cleaned right on the side of the bed there was a toothbrush cover on the floor. And the front door needs to be fixed you have to push to close. All the rooms are like this . Its not the first time we experienced this... for this price they need to keep this hotel top notch if not lower the prices.

Positives:
Your location was certainly an impressive layout. The architectural and the design was entertaining. All the amenities were conveniently located and accessible, in addition to having two sets of elevators.
Negatives:
Breakfast needs to be served earlier. My granddaughter had to leave before 6:45am for a cheer competition and did not have an opportunity to have breakfast before her big day. In addition parking should not be an extra charge since you shared an open lot with another business (performing arts center) and a restaurant. Also pool hours with children needs to be longer than the current cutoff.

Positives:
Everything Was Very good. Especially the breakfast was very good. We love to place.
Negatives:
The only thing that I would say, that’s the shower was too slippery. They probably can do something about that, is kind of dangerous when you’re taking a shower.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
I know lots of places are trying to accomodate families with pets. But those of us who have pet allergies this presents problems. It would be more helpful if you had pets only on certain floors, and have floors for traveler who prefer not to interact with pets. I had a dog a couple doors down from my room who woke me up with its barking. I didn't complain because I was then already awake. If you had a policy of restricting pets to certain floors this would be much less likely.

I was surprised and very impressed with the quality and tastiness of the breakfast! It was wonderful to seat 14 family members at one large table. Many of us hadn’t seen each other in several years. We were there for my Mother’s funeral.
Negatives:
Wished we had room refreshed the second day. I had to ask housekeeper for two fresh bath towels and additional coffee pods but forgot to ask for cups. I did think the staff were very nice.

Negatives:
Staff knocking early am when sleeping and sign was placed on the door that we were sleeping in. Covers were dirty and lights didn’t work. Graphite in the bathroom.
