Negatives: Their beds were not at all comfortable. My back was jacked up the whole day. Been here before but must been a bad bed? Rooms are small. Place is dated. Needs a remodel bad. Not just paint and wall paper.

Positives: I requested a late checkout prior to checking in for noon. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 8:30 a.m. the front desk was calling my room to tell me to remind me of checkout at 11:45 a.m. Very unprofessional!

Negatives: For a very nice hotel, surprised there was no microwave or fridge. Also, the restaurant- bar area was closed on the weekend. Odd.

Positives: The location was awesome...next to shopping, food, it was right off the highway...it was 20 minutes from the airport and we seemed to be opposite of the traffic the entire stay. The staff was excellent!! Extremely helpful and responded quickly.
Negatives: I wish they had a fridge and/or a microwave in the room. This is my only complaint.
