Room: The bed smelled like bleach (super strong) - while its important to know I'm sleeping in something clean, it was overwhelming. The drawers no longer closed. The cabinet where fridge is didn't close. The bathroom was so small if you stood up too fast you might knock the towel holder. Also, not safe to reach for towel from shower on shelf.
Overall: Had mixup at 2:45am when a drunk man and his lady tried to get into my room. Apparently, he was told he was in Room 204 and he was actually in 115. We had to call security and have him moved to his room. Also, front desk asked me why I was in the room when i had been checked in since 9:30 to that room.
Facility: NEEDS TOTAL UPDATE - many stair straps were hanging off and facility looks dated.

The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is clean and good. The hotel is older. Some money needs to be spent on upgrades. Nothing to do with the staff. I feel secure there.
Negatives:
The hotel is older, smaller rooms. Bed was comfy. Good water pressure and clean bathrooms. The landscapers need to do more and the parking lot needs to be cleaned.
