Positives: Was close to both courthouses. Walking distance to stores. Construction workers get up early and talk so you can hear if staying close to office but that was fine because I awake early anyway. Inside room was up-to-date upgraded. Bed was very comfortable.

Negatives: I checked in at 12am and I was literally outside the hotel checking in. It was scary and uncomfortable. I ask why I wax outside checking in he said bse they close the doors at night. However I am a paying customer with the reservation, he could let me in

Negatives: Wall was so thin that you can hear everything from next door. We had to switch room because the water never got warm in the sink and shower in room 201. The wall electricity plus plate wasnt fully screwed to the wall and it was loose(201) Dangerous! The floor wasnt mopped well and it was full of dust. The free breakfast consist of coffee and juice from a machine and pre packaged danish. Thats it! What a joke. The wall renovation wasnt finished and the wall patch wasnt finished. The security latch on the door doesnt exist.

Save your money and go to another property. I cant believe I spent over $100 for this place!
